We're excited to be working with Taste Perthshire on plans for the next phase of its development.

It's always rewarding to be involved in projects that support the growth of well-established local businesses, creating spaces that enhance the visitor experience while respecting the character of the existing destination. We look forward to sharing more as the project progresses.

One of the best things about the Royal Highland Show is the conversations.

Over the last two days we’ve spoken with farmers, estate owners, rural businesses and visitors from across Scotland about everything from diversification and agritourism to adapting traditional buildings for modern use.

Yesterday our stand became a welcome refuge from the rain. Today we’re enjoying the sunshine and more great conversations. ☀️

If you’re visiting Ingliston this weekend, pop by and say hello to the team.

We’re exhibiting at the Global Agritourism Conference

Mill Architects is delighted to be exhibiting at the Global Agritourism Conference 2026 this June at P&J Live.

As architects working across rural Scotland and the UK, we are seeing first-hand how farms and estates are evolving. From converting traditional buildings into holiday accommodation to designing new visitor experiences that sit comfortably within working landscapes, agritourism is creating new opportunities for rural businesses and communities.

We are looking forward to meeting farmers, landowners, tourism operators, academics and partners from across the sector to share ideas, learn from others and contribute to the conversation about what comes next.

If you are attending the conference, we would love to connect.
