After being let down by a previous roofer, this customer brought in Past & Present Roofing to take over a major roof replacement.

The project involved new tiling, lead work, flat roofing and gutters alongside ongoing coordination with architects and other trades.

This homeowner in Archerfield had been dealing with a persistent leak that no one had been able to get to the bottom of.

We inspected the roof properly and identified three separate problem areas causing the leaks. Rather than patching one spot and hoping for the best, we fixed everything in one go to make sure nothing was missed.

At this property in Cluny Gardens, Edinburgh, Past & Present Roofing stepped in to take control of an unfinished roofing project.

We completed the battening and tiling, handled the lead work around the chimney and box areas, adjusted the windows and installed an S.E.A. single-ply roofing system.

With a larger team brought in to get things moving, the focus was on getting the roof sealed quickly and bringing structure back to the project.
