Had someone tell you that you need a whole new roof? Get a second opinion.

A lot of the time it's a handful of slipped or broken slates, like the patch here, and they can be swapped out in a morning. We'll always tell you straight if a repair will do the job.

Call us on 07473 431365. Covering Edinburgh, the Lothians and all across the Scottish Borders.

When did anyone last look at your ridge tiles?

They take the worst of the wind and rain, and once the old mortar cracks they start working loose. A new ridge line like this one keeps the top of the roof sound for years.

Call us on 07473 431365. Covering Edinburgh, Musselburgh, Dalkeith, Haddington and Peebles.

Most roof leaks don't start at the tiles. They start at the leadwork, the flashing where the roof meets a wall, a chimney or a valley. When that lead cracks, lifts, or was never done right in the first place, water gets in and shows up as a damp patch inside.

Sort the lead properly and the leak's gone for good. If you've a leak you can't pin down, give us a call on 07473 431365. Covering Edinburgh, Musselburgh, Dalkeith, Haddington and across the Lothians and Borders.

Chimney rebuild we finished recently. The old pots were cracked, the flaunching had crumbled away and the lead was past it, all of which lets water track straight down into the house.

New pots and cowls, fresh flaunching, and new lead round the base, and it's watertight and good for years again.

If your chimney's looking rough, give us a call on 07473 431365. Edinburgh, the Lothians and the Borders.

A recent roof cleaning job completed by the team.

Over time, moss can build up on a roof and hold moisture against the tiles. Left untreated, this can contribute to unnecessary wear and increase the risk of damage, especially during the wetter months.

For this project, we carefully scraped away the moss before applying a biocide treatment to help prevent regrowth and keep the roof looking its best for longer.

The difference between the before and after photos speaks for itself.

If your roof is covered in moss or you're concerned about its condition, we're always happy to offer advice and a free quotation.

One broken roof tile might not seem like much...

Until water starts finding its way underneath.

Many of the roof repairs we carry out started as a small issue that could have been resolved quickly and affordably if spotted earlier.

Regularly checking your roof for:

🔹 Missing tiles
🔹 Cracked ridges
🔹 Storm damage
🔹 Loose flashing
🔹 Blocked gutters

can help prevent larger and more expensive problems down the line.

If you're concerned about the condition of your roof, our experienced team is here to help. We carry out roof repairs across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Borders and surrounding areas.

A small repair today could save a major repair tomorrow.
