This roof had been leaking for years and had been patched up numerous times.

✅ Strip felt and celotex from roof
✅ Replaced all rotten timbers
✅ Replaced all cast guttering
✅ Supplied and fitted new breathable membrane
✅ Supplied and fitted all new lead to watergates, valley, box gutter, wall head and cover flashings
✅ Formed new lead guttering around curved roof with T-Pren expansion joints for movement
✅ Supplied and fitted new Cupa H3’s Spanish slate with copper nails to follow council regulations
✅ Supplied and fitted new Zinc ridges with heavy duty straps

The client was over the moon with the finish as so were we.
