"Oh, Honey!"
That’s exactly what you’ll be saying once you try these cocktails.

A long weekend might mean you have some spare time to brush up on your mixology skills and hopefully have something to celebrate.

We've stirred up 5 honey cocktail and mocktail recipes for you to shake things up with. Check out the full guide on our blog in the first comment.

Already have a honey cocktail you love? Let us know in the comments! We always love to try new things.

Does honey help with hay fever? We get this question all the time.

There is a long-standing tradition of using local, unprocessed honey to boost the immune system and build up pollen tolerance, much like how immunotherapy (allergy desensitisation) works in a clinical setting.

However, there have only been a handful of scientific studies done to test if eating honey can truly clear up your seasonal sniffles. Notably, there have been some positive findings, but none with large enough sample sizes to give us concrete conclusions.

So, we can't promise you that a spoonful of honey will cure your allergies. What we can tell you is that unprocessed honey is naturally rich in antioxidants, probiotics, and live enzymes, providing your body with incredible anti-inflammatory qualities.

Read more about the science and discover all the honey goodness in the first comment below.

And if you happen to stumble across any new studies done on the subject, send them our way! We love learning.

Tea & Honey Pairing 3 of 3

Our final pairing from our tasting with brings together two wonderfully fruity flavours 🍓

Blend No. 3, a caffeine-free herbal infusion built around raspberry leaf and tropical notes, pairs beautifully with our Cranachan Honey, inspired by Scotland’s famous dessert.

The raspberry notes in the tea and honey complement each other perfectly, while the subtle whisky flavour adds warmth and depth.

Throwback to our honey and tea tasting journey with 🫖✨

We paired three exquisite combinations—two of which we shared with you here ( have a look if you haven't already) and some got to try them first-hand on Saturday tastings at our shops.

Tomorrow we're sharing the final honey and tea pairing....and yes, we saved the best for last 😉

Don't miss it!

Ever noticed those little yellow “pollen pants” on a bee? 🌼

That’s pollen, their main source of protein, precisely collected, brushed down, and packed onto their hind legs before being carried back to the hive.

Inside, it’s stored, mixed with enzymes, and turned into nutrient-rich bee bread to feed the colony.

A tiny process, but one that keeps everything going.

It is rarely the obvious things that harm bees. It is the small, everyday habits most of us do without thinking.

Cutting everything back too early, choosing certain flowers, keeping things a bit too tidy. It all adds up more than you would expect.

The tricky part is that a lot of it feels like the right thing to do.

With a few small changes, your garden can go from simply looking good to actually supporting pollinators in a meaningful way.

Nothing drastic. Just a bit more awareness of what really helps 🌸🐝

Have a scroll through before your next garden day 🌼

Which one surprised you the most?

Most of what keeps this planet alive happens quietly, out of sight. 🐝
Bees have been doing it for 30 million years — not for the honey, but because every flower they visit completes a cycle that holds entire ecosystems together. Our food, our wildflowers, our landscapes. All of it.
That system is under real pressure right now. And this Earth Day, we just wanted to say:
We noticed. We're grateful. We're trying.
Happy Earth Day 🌱🌍
