Hotels, venues and restaurants need to work efficiently, create memorable experiences and support a strong long-term business case. GLM has worked with hospitality clients for many years to help shape properties with an eye on the wider value of the asset.

If you are looking at the future of a hospitality property, GLM would be pleased to hear from you.

GLM supports the full journey of an existing building.
Survey. Design. Deliver. Maintain.

Bringing these services together means clients can move from early-stage advice to long-term care with a team that understands the building, the brief and the practical realities involved.

If you are planning work to an existing or historic building, GLM would be glad to help.

The strongest measure of our work is often the feedback from the people we work alongside.

Across surveying, architecture, project management and maintenance planning, GLM’s role is to help clients move through complex building projects with greater clarity and confidence.

99 Hanover is a strong example of what can be achieved when an existing building is approached with care, creativity and practical understanding. GLM supported the project from early survey work through to design and delivery, helping shape a building that works better for its next chapter.

Heritage buildings carry character, history and opportunity, but they also need careful, practical thinking.

GLM helps organisations protect what makes a building distinctive while improving how it performs for modern use. That might mean survey work, sensitive adaptation, architectural design, project delivery or planned maintenance. The aim is always the same: to help existing buildings retain their value, purpose and character for the long term.

At Dunkeld House Hotel, GLM helped shape a project that balanced sensitive change with a clear commercial purpose. Working within the listed building, the team identified an opportunity to create three new suites as part of a wider masterplan focused on improving the guest experience.
