That's a wrap at King's View! 🏡🔑

It's been a wonderful journey, and this week it came to a close. We handed over the final two plots at King's View to Carly and Shaun. Congratulations, and welcome home!

Over the last decade, we've built almost 200 private homes at Toryglen, welcoming first-time buyers, growing families and downsizers. Every one of those homes has helped build a community we're incredibly proud of.

A huge thank you to Sales Executive Jan and Site Manager Peter (pictured with Carly and Shaun), and to everyone who has been part of the King's View story.
The show home and sales office will be handed over in Feb/Mar, as we're using them for The Village for now.

The clocks go back soon and the nights are already drawing in, but this is actually the best time to start setting your lawn up for next spring 🌱

A few things worth doing over the next few weeks: clear fallen leaves so that the winter sun there can reach the grass, and give it one last mow in mid-November on a high setting (don't go too short). I

f you've got heavy or clay soil, aerate it with a fork or hollow tine tool to stop it compacting from autumn rain. A winter lawn feed will strengthen the roots before frost sets in and help keep moss down. Bare patches can be reseeded or turfed now too, just keep foot traffic off until they've established.

And don't forget the basics: clear gutters and drains so water isn't pooling on the grass.

A bit of effort now goes a long way come spring 🍂
