🚪 Keep air moving: Keep internal doors open throughout the day to allow air to circulate around the home.

🛏️ Switch your bedding: Opt for 100% breathable cotton or linen sheets and a low tog duvet (4.5 or under) to help dissipate body heat naturally.

💡 Watch the heat sources: Turn off unnecessary lamps and electronics, as even small lightbulbs emit heat into the room.
