This property was in need of a modern look. We carried out all render repairs and steel brushed the sills and stone bands. We applied 3 coats of Johnstone’s Stormshield Smooth Masonry in white with a grey accent to sills and stone band to create this stunning modern finish.

This property in Morningside, Edinburgh was in complete need of a new slated roof. We removed the old deteriorated Welsh slate and replaced them with a new high grade Spanish slate. The skews were replaced with new lead water gates and lead cover flashings over copes. All zinc hips and ridges were replaced with new. New Velux windows were installed to the front and rear elevations. All cast iron gutters and pipes were sanded back and painted to complete this amazing finish. All works were carried out in accordance with Edinburgh council’s conservation area terms and stipulations.
