We were tasked with the design and fitting for this Airbnb in Edinburgh,

✨ Continuous grey oak flooring throughout
✨ Dordogne doors fitted
✨ Dado rail & picture frames fitted
✨ Furnishings chosen & fitted
✨ Painted throughout with white durable paint
& grey water based gloss on the woodwork.

We undertook this changing room renovation late last year at Kings Park In Dalkeith for the football club, 18 individual player booths & shelving space and media area for tv & tactics board etc.

📍 Easter Bush, Roslin

We took this project on for the already established salon ‘The Head Space’ situation in the Midlothian Innovation Centre Roslin.

From its initial layout being an open plan office space to create individual treatment spaces with a waiting area and staff room the pictures don’t do this project justice.

We also removed a section of load bearing double blocked wall to make space for our archway to create continuous flow with the existing salon next door, first removing the block work and propping support Akros in place we then fitted a double lintel before blocking up the columns.

Oak coloured laminate flooring running continuously through the full area giving it a nice fresh and cosy feel.

We are looking forward to seeing the finished salon once the painter is finished and Emily gets all her furniture etc in place.

📍 Easter Bush, Roslin

Little teaser or this salon conversion, from office space to a functional salon with treatment rooms, and archway into the existing salon, double skin load baring wall removed with double lintel fitted to make way for our arch entrance between both salon spaces!

The Shore, Edinburgh 📍

We completed this project along side DA Plumbing & Heating

Bathrooms stripped out back to the brick, walls insulated with 1L1 roll, walls re-strapped and walls sheeted, moisture resistant boards in the wet areas.

Floors taken back and levelled and caber flooring fitted, Hardibacker then fitted for the tiler.

Superb work from all the trades involved.
