​Our client needed a solid foundation for a new converted shipping container garden room, but running right through the footprint were underground pipes and cables.

This is the perfect picture example of new wood treated V's untreated.
Client has cleaned and treated the top boards after 6 months of settlement with no treatment on the stairs.
