As well as the eight new houses we are going to build at our Lomond Park development, we have permission to refurbish the existing Victorian villa. This will be a 5000 sq ft detached six bedroom family house with off street parking and views to the sea from the rear and over Lomond Park to the front.

We are delighted after a Herculean effort from all of our professional team that CEC are minded to grant permission for our Lomond Park development.

We will be building eight new eco family houses and the original 5000 square foot detached Victorian villa will be restored to its former glory.

We have been overwhelmed by the support from local residents and couldn't be more grateful.

We are delighted to have submitted our planning application this week for three mews style houses around a courtyard on a brownfield site at Windsor Place in Portobello. Home to a group of redundant buildings which formerly housed a much loved trampoline centre, these eco houses have been designed to compliment the surrounding conservation area.

We are delighted to have submitted our planning application for Lennox House former care home in Trinity, Edinburgh.

No longer viable as a care home, our proposals are to replace the low quality 1960s wing with eight high quality eco family houses and to reinstate the original Victorian villa as a detached house.

The creation of two new terraces, one on Stirling Road and one on Lennox Row, overlooking Lomond Park, better fit and enhance the conservation area character in townscape pattern, building form and scale.

The choice of materials will better suit the local palate than the current wing and are appropriate for a contemporary addition to the conservation area.

The eco credentials of the proposed new houses far outweigh the retention of the existing building together with improved biodiversity- planting of new trees and hedges allowing privacy between the site and neighbouring properties.
