So this was a roof we had to go and support and prop up through storm Irwin . It was a very large section of roof 9m x 2.8m that had inadequate support for a very heavy window . So after months of meetings with engineers we came up with a plan to make the roof structurally safe again . And watertight again . On this contract we
Scaffolding inside and out ✅
Propped up the existing roof ✅
Removed a large section of roof ✅
Installed new roof timbers and steel beams ✅
Installed solar powered velux ✅
Installed insulation and linining ✅
Slated the area using scotch slate ✅
This contract was carried out in collinton mains road . And was carried out in the time scale we had before the client moved back into the property. I would also like to take the time to thank my friend 🤝 Ross Welsh for help with this project

Some achievement from the girls 👏👏👏

We just wanted to take a minute to say a huge thank you to a very special person my cousin, Mark Woods. ❤️

From the very beginning, Mark had faith that Laura and I would actually pull this crazy challenge off, and he so generously offered to sponsor the equipment we needed to get us to the 5,895m summit of Kilimanjaro.

As you can imagine, the cost of kitting yourself out properly for a challenge like this is astronomical, and we honestly cannot put into words how grateful we are for his generosity. Without his support, we would have struggled to source the right equipment to take on the mountain safely and confidently.

We also had a little connection at The North Face, which meant we were incredibly lucky to receive a massive discount on some of our gear too. ❤️

There are so many people who have helped us get to this point, in ways both big and small, and we will never take any of it for granted.

Mark, thank you for believing in us before we had even reached the mountain. 🏔️❤️

Chimney in the Milton area Edinburgh. The harling and lead works were failing. So we hacked back the existing harling and re harled and renewed all the lead work with code 5 lead.
