📍Duddingston Park

Full house of brand new UPVC vertical sliders installed. What a stunning property to have the opportunity to work on 😍!!

The previous Sash & Case windows were in all types of poor states. The original hope was to refurbish however on closer inspection, it was more economical to replace in this occasion. And as the job went on this was clearly the right decision as some of the windows fell apart whilst removing 😖…

🔵 20 Vertical sliders installed

⚫️ 1 Tilt & Turn installed

🔵 All new finishings in redwood & primed MDF

⚫️ Doors double glazed & draught proofed

🔵 Doors externally painted with oil based paint

⚫️ Internal of back door received danish oil

Customers happy and onto the next 🥰🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

🔵 New half sills installed

Pleasure to work in such a beautiful property! And have been so much with the weather. Started this job last Monday and it’s been dry every day! Allowing us to router and carry out the repairs in the sun 😍

Now it’s handed over to AW Decor to carry out all the external painting ! And what a job they have done so far.

Customer absolutely delighted with the work

📍Gilmore place

1-1/2 day transformation

These old reversible style windows were by far the most rotten we have ever come across! Literally pushed my finger from the inside to outside 🫣

Of course this was the top floor over a busy street which made the removal of these windows so much more difficult

Anyway…..

🔵 x4 A-rated Tilt & Turns supplied & fitted

⚫️ All new redwood internal finish inc sills

Instant feedback from the customer is the drastic noise reduction, which was a massive issue given there is a bus stop directly below !

The glass is toughened so it will take more than football to damage this 😃👍🏼….
