Devine Energy are currently working throughout the Midlothian area carrying out Electrical Condition Checks within properties on behalf of Midlothian Council.

We will require access to your property to complete an electrical safety check, the safety checks are a compulsory requirement for all social landlords to ensure the safety of electrical equipment in every home.

During the visit we will check your consumer unit, test the electrical circuits, and the sockets and switches within the property.

We are currently contacting all tenants to arrange the 2 hour electrical safety check. If we are not successful in contacting you in the next few days, then please feel free to contact our team!

🔥 CASE STUDY | AICO ALARMS - FALKIRK COUNCIL 🔥

Devine Energy are exceedingly proud to be long-term partners of Falkirk Council and to have delivered a series of electrical and energy efficient contracts to increase safety and minimise energy bills for tenants across the region.

During one particular project, we installed Aico alarm systems in 12,000 properties. These interlinked LD2 fire, heat, and carbon monoxide alarms meet with The Scottish Government regulations and provide considerable protection for all occupants of these properties.
