UPVC window out ➡️ Aluminium sliding doors in! 🔥

Another transformation completed in just one day 💪🏼

* Removed existing UPVC window
* Cut back and removed brickwork to create the new opening
* Cleaned up and prepared the opening
* Fitted new aluminium double sliding doors with built-in blinds ✨

Full renovation complete! 🤩

We were asked to take over this project at the last minute, and we’re delighted with how it’s turned out. It’s always rewarding seeing a full transformation come together and handing over a finished project we’re proud of. 💪🏼

✨ Work completed:
• Conservatory renovation
• New MDF skirtings & facings
• New flooring throughout the downstairs
• Kitchen upgrade
• New handrails
• 9 new internal doors
• New plasterboard ceilings
• New uPVC fascia & soffits

A productive Sunday on the tools! 💪🔨

✔️ Handrail fitted with plenty of tricky angles 🤓
✔️ Ply subfloor and underlay installed
✔️ 19.5m² of flooring laid, continuing seamlessly from the kitchen area

Good Saturday shift 💪🏼

✔️ Subfloor cleaned up and repaired
✔️ 4 plywood sheets glued & screwed down
✔️ Underlay fitted
✔️ 9.5m² of finished flooring installed ✅

Finished the day by ripping down 120m of 18mm MDF, all prepped and ready for tomorrow’s skirting installation.

One step closer to the finished result 👌🔨

Not how I planned to spend my evening, but a leak meant the old plasterboard had to come down.
New boards up and all set for plastering tomorrow. Back on track! 💪🏼🚀

Great project to be part of. Completed in stages throughout, every area of this renovation turned out beautifully. A fantastic effort from the whole team, and something everyone involved should be proud of!

Replacing existing roof ties to increase headroom within the space, using C24 timber, M12 bolts, and dog tooth connectors. On to the next room 💪🏼
Work will be carried out sequentially, replacing one tie at a time to maintain structural stability throughout the process 👷
