KLM Partnership is delighted to announce its appointment to the Professional Services Framework 2026–2030 – Lot 2 (Quantity Surveyors), providing Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying services to Langstane Housing Association, Castlehill Housing Association, Grampian Housing Association, Angus Housing Association and Albyn Housing Group.
The framework will support the delivery of new affordable housing, planned maintenance programmes, refurbishment works and energy efficiency improvements across almost 14,000 homes managed by the participating housing associations.
The KLM Partnership looks forward to building strong relationships with the participating housing associations and supporting the successful delivery of their ambitious development, investment and sustainability programmes over the next four years.

This prestigious four-year framework provides access to consultancy opportunities across 32 councils and other public sector organisations throughout Scotland.
Through this framework, KLM Partnership will support public sector clients with Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services.

We’re delighted to be working with Orkney Housing Association on the delivery of 41 new affordable homes at Walliwall, Kirkwall, where we are providing Employer's Agent Services.

We are delighted to exchange contracts 📑 for another 41 affordable homes 🏠🏘️to be built at Walliwall, Kirkwall by Orkney Builders (Contractors) Limited over the next 2 years 🏗️👷‍♂️.
These will include 28 for traditional, Social Rent, 4 for first-time buyer home ownership and 9 for Key Worker/MMR rent.

All these high quality, energy-efficient homes will be built and owned locally, with the rental income helping us - Orkney's community-owned Housing Association - to continue developing and improving homes as we have over the last 40 years.

These homes have significant grant funding from The Scottish Government and are delivered in partnership as part of the Orkney Islands Council Strategic Housing Investment Plan and part-funded by our wonderful Community Housing Bond investors.

KLM Partnership are delighted to provide Employer's Agent Services for Orkney Housing Association on this affordable housing development.

Bracewell’s masterplan for the Walliwall site in Kirkwall has taken a further step forward, with Orkney Housing Association awarding an £11.5 million construction contract to Orkney Builders (Contractors) Ltd for the next phase of the development.

Bracewell secured detailed planning consent for the site, helping to unlock the delivery of 41 new homes. The development will provide a mix of homes for social rent, mid-market rent and low-cost home ownership, supporting greater housing choice and affordability for households across Orkney.

This phase of the wider Walliwall development represents a significant investment in addressing the ongoing housing emergency in the islands. Once complete, the homes will support local families, young people and key workers who are struggling to access suitable housing.

We were delighted to have been appointed as Employers Agent and CDM Advisers on this affordable housing development for The Highland Council.

🏠 Mill Street, Dingwall affordable housing ready for new social rent.

The Highland Council has built four new affordable one bed flats for social rent on the site of the former MacBeth Store, Dingwall which brings much needed homes to an area with high demand for this type of property.

As part of the Highland Housing Challenge, The Highland Council is committed to improving the housing stock across the Highlands and this development not only provides much needed new homes, but it has also regenerated a derelict site.
