Maintenance works and roof survey potential strip and re slate bonyrigg ( final pictures ⚒️)

Gutters cleaned. Today ✔️ East Lothian .

Slate repairs / coupler window seal ✔️ dalkieth

Roof replacement quote ✔️ bonyrigg

The old coupler window was leaking in through the old flash band .
and no bird protection to stop the droppings horrible to look at from inside for the lovely clients .along with the drips on rainy days
after works Water test ( passed ) ⚒️

Bird debris and droppings where washed off and glass cleaned ✔️
Cleaned off all old flash band and renewed with a new flash band wider 150 ml band keeping the cost down than going back in with lead ✔️
Giving and a new longer lasting seal
⚒️✔️ Also bird protection installed and fixings sealed over. ⚒️✔️
