Dragon Roofing recently ran a First Aid course in our on-site training room for our operatives, as well as operatives from local businesses. We’re proud to support upskilling within our workforce and our community, helping neighbouring businesses access high-quality training that promotes safety, confidence and competence on the job. 👷🏻‍♂️👷🏻‍♀️👷🏼⛑️

Sunday evenings Emergency call out to repair loose 50m high cladding panels on Queen street in city centre, full road closure and a full contract lift by AnnS Crane Hire with our site operatives working out of a man basket. 🏗️

We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result on this project! It’s been a real pleasure working with knox & Wells, whose site team showed great professionalism and collaboration throughout. A special thanks to Mike Dando for his continued support during the build — especially with the challenges of working on a restricted live school site.

A huge thank you as well to our amazing site operatives, subcontractors, and trusted supply chain partners for their dedication in delivering the full roof and cladding envelope on this project. 👏

Dragon were contracted to install all safety elements required to facilitate the double-skin standing seam roofing system, along with man-safe and safety walkway systems, glazing and aluminium roof elements.

Our scope also included the fire barrier system, insulated rainscreen Rockpanel system, bespoke internal gutter and PPC rainwater pipe systems, and the perimeter PPC aluminium fascia and verge flashing system.

Fantastic teamwork all round — great job everyone! 💪
