Whole house central heating system re-piped, solving poor flow and no heating some areas, due to the poor configuration of existing pipework.
Done in phases over 3 floors for 13 radiators new and existing.
Sizing also corrected.
Containment and insulated improving efficiency and compliance.

Surprising how many cannot correctly install plumbing pipework and solder correctly, simple stuff.

Client to finish aesthetics with new flooring ground floor and carpets throughout. Was perfect time for taking floors up.

10 year old Alpha Intec2 25x needed some love.

All new probes, burner, casing seal, flue and safety test.

Earth bonding to be installed by Electrician as not present.

Flue changed due to existing non-compliance of metal showing outside, metal rusting and not significant fall back to boiler condensate. Flue shortened and raised. And sealed inside cavity behind collar. Flue kit extension as existing below requirements to building regs for boundaries and windows and guttering and outside drilling into floor below (acidic condensation from POC)
Behind inside collar also sealed so no risk of any CO escaping if leak occurs and flue screwed so cannot be moved out of position before existing building.
