Mark Standen, one our Contracts Mangers, has conducted two recent talks to Level 2 students at the East Sussex College Ore Campus. Mark spoke about steps into the electrical and construction industry, what is expected of an apprentice and local
opportunities. Susan Peters, Careers and Employability Lead for
Engineering and Construction at the
campus, expressed her thanks, stating that the students found the employer talk of great value.

It was great to welcome Paul from the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) to our offices. We had a wide ranging discussion about safety management, developing ideas to take forward to further develop and enhance our approach.
