Mick did a brilliant job at our mid-terrace Victorian house on our earthenware floor tiles. The access to the basement area was particularly difficult, and there wasn't anywhere really near for him to park his vehicle. He coped really well with the access problems and was cheerful, punctual and the tiles look amazing!

Mick is very conscientious and did an excellent job renovating our Travertine floor. It looks like new despite being at least 10-15 years old (installed by previous owners). He worked very hard all the time he was here over 4 days and gave us plenty of advice on how to look after the floor going forward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Mick was very generous in sharing his knowledge to help me make a decision about my quarry tiles. A previous owner had covered them with bitumen before carpeting over and Mick spent a great deal of time and effort explaining the process that would be needed to restore them. We decided to do a trial run on one room and Mick demonstrated great skill and professionalism in turning what had looked a hopeless mess into a really nice floor. The chemicals, equipment and knowledge involved means that a specialist is essential for the restoration, but Mick was also generous in sharing tips about how I could do some of the preparation work of exposing the tiles from under the bitumen so that they were ready for him to complete the restoration. I highly recommend Mick if you are contemplating a tile restoration project.

Hi all, introducing Scott (left) and Paulo (right) who are taking over East Sussex from Mick who has served the East Sussex area for over ten years. Mick is moving to Bedfordshire where he is now working as the Bedfordshire Tile Doctor. Scott and Paulo are based in Eastbourne and are very experienced, we wish them every success.
