Mick was very pleasant and hardworking. He obviously has a passion for his work and takes a pride in what he does. Mick made a point of talking me through each stage of the process and explaining exactly what was happening. My floor is over 100 years old and has been treated badly in the past and after the treatment the colour has come back to the tiles and I can now feel proud of how it looks rather than ashamed. It has made the hallway look a real feature of the house:-)

Mick responded to my on line enquiry within 12 hours (and on a Sunday!) He visited to quote for the work on Monday and commenced the job in the afternoon! Although my vestibule tiled floor was undoubtedly one of the smallest projects he has undertaken Mick was professional, informative, focussed and friendly throughout the whole process. My 107 year old floor now looks as it must have done when first laid and it gives me pleasure every time I walk through my front door. Thank you Mick!

We are delighted with the appearance of the restored quarry tile floor, which was finished today. As it was, the previous owner had put multiple layers of varnish over it and, we think, over dirt that had entered the porous surface of the tiles. All this is gone and the original colour restored. The floor has been coated with a polymer film and we are hoping that this will last very many years. Mick has paid great attention to detail and has really gone the extra mile with work on the floor that we would reasonably have expected not to be included. We're very happy to recommend him.

Mick was absolutely brilliant. Dedicated to doing a professional job that he was proud of and I, as the customer was happy with he worked very hard throughout the process. I was so pleased with the whole process and I found him so easy to be with whilst he worked in my home. I recommend Mick to everyone. My 100 year old quarry tiles look absolutely wonderful now!

Mick explained the various options in relation to the slate tiles in my conservatory which have been untouched since being laid in excess of 15 years ago ! Mick completed the work, very polite professional guy who takes great pride in his work. The tiles have been cleaned to an exceptionally high standard and now look like new. So glad I called the tile doctor, great service.Many thanks.

Wow what a fantastic job. I LOVE LOVE the new looking floor. I thought we might need a new floor when we moved in as it was so dirty and marked. It now looks like NEW, it really does!! Mick went above and beyond above the call of duty, and made a fantastic job.. No new floor needed, money in the bank! all for a very reasonable price. I would very highly recommend. and will use in the future.
