A room doesn't become memorable because it follows the rules. It becomes memorable because every detail has a story.

For this mood board, we pulled inspiration from the space itself – rich botanical prints, layered textures, warm brass, soft blush tones, deep charcoals and bold pops of colour. Individually they shouldn't work... but together they create a home that's full of personality.

This is why we always start with the feeling before the furniture. Every fabric, finish and texture has a purpose, creating a space that's collected rather than simply decorated.

The spaces between rooms deserve just as much attention as the rooms themselves.

Rather than treating this area as simply a walkway, we designed it to feel like a seamless transition between the bedroom and the en-suite.

The rooflight floods the space with natural light, the full-height glazing keeps everything feeling open, and carefully chosen finishes create a calm, uninterrupted flow from one space to the next.

Sometimes it's the quieter design decisions that have the biggest impact on how a home feels.

Not every project is about creating a calm, neutral space.

Sometimes the brief is to create somewhere with energy. Somewhere that sparks conversation, reflects personality and leaves a lasting impression.

This project was all about embracing bold colour, industrial character and playful details. From exposed brick and statement lighting to vibrant furniture and neon accents, every element was chosen to give the space its own identity.

For the Knox Street renovation, the goal was never to create a home that looked brand new. It was about finding the right balance between preserving beautiful original features and introducing contemporary design that makes everyday living feel effortless.

The best bedrooms aren't filled with more... they're filled with intention.

For this space, we kept the palette calm and uncluttered, letting colour, texture and natural materials do the work. Soft aqua walls, rich timber, crisp white joinery and greenery come together to create a bedroom that feels light, restful and timeless.
