Exciting to see our first collaboration using@scaffplan software, helping us create a detailed 3D Scaffold Environment for our clients and other key Stakeholders, with Barnes Construction being the first project to benefit from the approach, on their new Scheme in Southend.

Construction technology is developing quickly, and for us it’s important to stay on the front foot. Tools like Scaffplan allow scaffold designs to be communicated far more clearly, helping clients and site teams visualise the proposed solution before work begins and supporting better planning, coordination and decision-making.

This is a great example of how emerging technology can complement the practical knowledge and experience behind scaffold design, rather than replace it. Thank you Luke Hunma and the team at AXS for the Design Package on this one.

A positive first step with ScaffPlan, and we’re looking forward to seeing how we can continue using this technology across future projects.

Progress is ongoing on our specialist access package for the redecoration of intricate fire escapes in Central London for our client Capital Maintenance Ltd.

With a restricted footprint and limited working space, this project required a bespoke scaffold design approach, carefully planned access routes through the building, and close coordination to minimise disruption for building occupants.

A great example of the planning, flexibility, and technical capability needed to deliver safe and compliant access solutions in challenging city-centre environments.
