Due to continued growth and a busy schedule of upcoming projects, CGM Renovations Ltd is looking to expand our network of reliable, experienced CIS-registered subcontractors across Glasgow, Lanarkshire and surrounding areas.

We’re currently looking for:

• Plumbers
• Electricians
• Plasterers
• Tilers
• Labourers

We’re looking for reliable, clean and professional tradespeople who take pride in their work, turn up when agreed and can work to a high standard.

Ongoing subcontract work available for the right people across extensions, conversions and full property renovations.

Must be CIS registered and have own tools/transport where applicable.

Structural alterations taking shape now at this full property renovation.

Steelwork installed, new layout framing underway, and the transformation is starting to become properly visible throughout the property. Rewire first fix completed, plumbing rerouted, and new boiler installation progressing well.

A huge amount of unseen work goes into projects at this stage, but this is where the foundations for a high-quality finish are built. Looking forward to bringing this one through to completion.
