THROWBACK TO 2018 🏡✨

One of those projects that’s still worth looking back on.

We transformed this home with a double-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension, creating a huge amount of additional space while completely changing the way the property worked for the family.

From the initial build through to the finished result, this was a project we were proud to deliver — and eight years later, it’s great to revisit it. 🔨

🏡 Project Update – Crowborough 🔨

Another fantastic milestone reached on our Crowborough project!

The extension is now fully plastered and painted, and the transformation is really starting to come together. 🎨

We’re now at the exciting stage where we’re just waiting for the new kitchen and windows to be delivered before we can start bringing the finishing touches together.

This project includes:

✅ Rear kitchen extension
✅ Garage conversion creating additional kitchen space and utility room
✅ Roof space conversion with a walk-in wardrobe and study
✅ Full plastering and painting completed
✅ Kitchen and windows next!

It’s amazing to see how far this project has come from the initial groundworks. Not long to go now! 👏

Another great week of progress on our Crowborough extension and conversion project.

The roof is now complete, meaning the extension is fully watertight and ready for the next phase of works. With the structure sealed, we’ve been busy insulating the walls and ceilings, helping to create a warm, energy-efficient home for our clients.

As the insulation goes in, we’re getting one step closer to plastering and bringing the internal spaces to life.

This project includes:

✅ Rear kitchen extension
✅ Garage conversion to create additional kitchen space and utility room
✅ Roof space conversion with a walk-in wardrobe and study
✅ Roof completed and watertight
✅ Wall and ceiling insulation underway

The transformation is really starting to come together, and it’s exciting to see the inside of the property taking shape. Stay tuned as we move into the next stage of the build.

Project Update – Crowborough 🔨

Another productive week on site with some major milestones achieved.

The roof structure is now complete, and our roofing team has started felting and battening the roof to get the extension watertight, keeping the project moving smoothly regardless of the weather.

We’ve also installed the large heavy-duty steel beams, a significant stage in the build that provides the structural support for the new open-plan kitchen and living space.

This project includes:

✅ Rear kitchen extension
✅ Garage conversion to create additional kitchen space and utility room
✅ Roof space conversion with a walk-in wardrobe and study
✅ Structural steel installation complete
✅ Roof now being made watertight

It’s always exciting when the build reaches this stage, as the overall shape of the extension is now clearly visible. We’re looking forward to seeing the roof completed and moving on to the next phase of the project.

🏡 Project Update – Crowborough Extension & Conversion 🔨

Another great milestone reached on our Crowborough project!

Over the past week we’ve made excellent progress, with the foundations now poured, blockwork completed up to DPC level, and the sub-base installed ready for the oversite concrete slab.

This project will transform the property with:

✅ Rear kitchen extension
✅ Garage conversion to create additional kitchen space and utility room
✅ Roof space conversion with a walk-in wardrobe and study
✅ Improved layout and modern open-plan living

It’s always rewarding to see a project start coming out of the ground after the groundwork phase. The team has worked hard to keep everything moving smoothly, and we’re looking forward to the next stage of construction.

🏡 Project Update – Crowborough Transformation Underway! 🔨

We’re excited to share the start of another fantastic home improvement project in Crowborough.

This property is undergoing a major transformation to create a much more functional and spacious family home, including:

✅ Rear kitchen extension to open up the living space
✅ Garage conversion to form part of the new kitchen and a dedicated utility room
✅ Roof space conversion creating a walk-in wardrobe and a private study/home office
✅ Full redesign to maximise both space and practicality

The existing garage and rear layout are being completely reimagined to deliver a modern open-plan kitchen, improved storage, and additional living space tailored to the homeowners’ needs.

We look forward to sharing progress photos as this project develops over the coming weeks.

Here was a small project we did recently in Lindfield. We had laid two areas of paving a couple of years ago in porcelain slabs. The client was now after a path in the same slabs to connect the two areas and to carry on to the back gate.
out with the old crazy paving and in with the new porcelain slabs, this really brings everything together and now it just looks complete!
