🏗️ OXTED PROJECT UPDATE

Things are starting to take shape! 👷‍♂️🔨

We’re making good progress on the roof structure as we build above the two existing extensions we completed six years ago.

With two additional bedrooms and two new bathrooms being created, this project is really starting to come together! 🏡

Keep an eye out for more updates as we move on to the next stage of the build.

🏡 NEW PROJECT STARTED – OXTED

We’ve just started work on our latest project in Oxted!

Six years ago, we built two single-storey extensions on this property — and now we’re back to take it to the next level. 🏗️

This time, we’re building above both of the existing extensions to create:

🛏️ 2 additional bedrooms
🛁 2 new bathrooms
🏠 A much bigger and more versatile family home

It’s always great to return to a project years later and continue developing a home we’ve already worked on.

We’ll be sharing the progress from start to finish, so keep an eye out for updates as the build takes shape! 👷‍♂️🔨

THROWBACK TO 2018 🏡✨

One of those projects that’s still worth looking back on.

We transformed this home with a double-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension, creating a huge amount of additional space while completely changing the way the property worked for the family.

From the initial build through to the finished result, this was a project we were proud to deliver — and eight years later, it’s great to revisit it. 🔨

Good design. Quality workmanship. Built to last.

Project Update – Crowborough 🔨

Another productive week on site with some major milestones achieved.

The roof structure is now complete, and our roofing team has started felting and battening the roof to get the extension watertight, keeping the project moving smoothly regardless of the weather.

We’ve also installed the large heavy-duty steel beams, a significant stage in the build that provides the structural support for the new open-plan kitchen and living space.

This project includes:

✅ Rear kitchen extension
✅ Garage conversion to create additional kitchen space and utility room
✅ Roof space conversion with a walk-in wardrobe and study
✅ Structural steel installation complete
✅ Roof now being made watertight

It’s always exciting when the build reaches this stage, as the overall shape of the extension is now clearly visible. We’re looking forward to seeing the roof completed and moving on to the next phase of the project.

Here was a small project we did recently in Lindfield. We had laid two areas of paving a couple of years ago in porcelain slabs. The client was now after a path in the same slabs to connect the two areas and to carry on to the back gate.
out with the old crazy paving and in with the new porcelain slabs, this really brings everything together and now it just looks complete!

If you are looking to get some paving done, get in touch and see if we can help
