this was on job we finished today.
see pics of what a well know conservatory company did.
the span was over 6m long with no centre supports and the weight of the glass alone was around 500kg or 1/2 ton so it was always going to sag over time!!
so we propped up to stop leaks whilst we had bespoke brackets made then installed them after painting and repainting when finished!
it wont sag again now!!!!
silly thing is if the conservatory company did this or similar when they first installed it there would of been no problems or leaks.

another problem solved by us using our knowledge and knowhow !!

from the first pic of the original roof which customer did not like as it was to large.
so now new roof new guttering and new cladding updating the look of everything.
very happy customers!!

we were called to look at a crack in the tiles in conservatory. investigated the drain with our camera.
decided to dig up along the line of the crack turned out previous people decided to build on top of a patio and no tie in bars to old footings.
was always going to fail was just a matter of time.

two choices now either dig up base and re do or get ground stabilising done ?
customer chose stabilising ground option as comes with 10 year guarantee which works great as helps with sale of the property!!

see pics to see how easy the ground stabilising has been done. its basically drill holes and inject resin system.

then just tidy up and retile !!!

chimney repointed and flashing sorted stopping leak internally .
as we had scaffold going up for this anyway customer was planning on getting house painted so we did that whilst there after crack chasing repairs.
makes a big difference to the overall look of the house.
