🔔 Clarification Regarding Recent Amazon Notice 🔔
We are reaching out to clarify a misleading message that may have appeared in your Amazon account titled "Product Safety Alert: 3 May 2025", which incorrectly advises users to “stop using and dispose of” one of our mobility scooters due to a supposed safety issue.

👉 Please rest assured: this message is false.
Your Green Power mobility scooter is completely safe to use.
All our products strictly comply with the latest health and safety standards, and the safety of our customers is our highest priority.

✅ A genuine Failed Safety Notice (FSN) was issued by us, but it only applies to a limited number of customers who purchased either:

The Fastest model, or A Lithium Battery
between April 2020 and November 2023.

Following a very small number of isolated incidents involving lithium battery “thermal runaway”, a full investigation found the cause to be the use of non-original, incompatible chargers purchased from unauthorised third-party sources, not supplied by us.

We are currently investigating how this false Amazon safety notice was circulated and sincerely apologise for any confusion or concern it may have caused.
