Gloucester Tile Doctor

Malcolm and Sharon worked so hard on our very dirty Victorian quarry tiled floor. From start to finish they were meticulous and never stopped until they got the best possible finish for a very old and well-worn floor. I can’t recommend their services highly enough.

Malcolm and sharon went above and beyond to restore my cotswold stone floor, it was in a state and the results are amazing! Lovely friendly people a pleasure to meet

Malcolm was friendly and professional, and he stuck to his quote.

Ours was a very old Victorian tiled floor with extensive damage including broken tiles, significant numbers of tiles with damaged surfaces and badly faded tiles, so Malcolm replaced broken tiles, replaced missing grout, and cleaned and sealed the rest. Without replacing more tiles and/or painting faded ones he couldn't have done more.

I'm not sure how TileDoctor expect to deliver the results in their video without wholesale replacement (impractical and too expensive) and that isn't Malcolm's fault. With faded tiles and chipped surfaces it simply isn't feasible to expect the finish that the tiledoctor website shows. Luckily we had anticipated that and the result we got we are very happy with.

Malcolm did a fantastic job restoring our slate floor, it looks better now than when it was first laid 26 years ago. Malcolm came on time, was meticulous with his work and I wouldnt hesitate to recomend to others and use again.

Malcolm was great! Came round to give us a quote quickly, turned up when he said he would and did a great job. He went above and beyond trying to find some different tiles from all sorts of reclamation yards etc, and when none were available he did a great job of blending in the modern replacements. Very pleased the hallway and finish, and would thoroughly recommend Malcolm and Sharon's services.

Pictured below is a Porcelain Tiled floor at a property in Dursley where the grout had become stained. The pictures are not my best however safe to say the homeowner was so unhappy with the grout I was asked to pop round as soon as possible to do something about it.
