🔋 Putting solar and storage safety under the spotlight at UK Construction Week at the NEC in Birmingham.
Our Head of Technical & Product, Andrew Bailey, was invited to join an expert panel discussion at Construction Week, tackling an important question for our industry:
“Solar & Storage Safety Under Pressure: Are We Designing and Installing Energy Systems Safely Enough?”
Andrew joined Claire Enstone, Director of Technical at Eco2Solar Ltd; Matthew McCrimmond, Solutions Manager at Solis; and Michael Collinge MIET, Technical Director at Certi-fi Schemes Limited and Chair of the ESA Safety Committee, with the discussion moderated by John Southern from the Energy Storage Association (UK).
Some great conversations around safety, standards and the responsibility we all have to keep raising the bar as the solar and storage industry continues to grow.
