Further renovation pics of this 18th Century Cottage in Warwickshire.

This bathroom had a wall moved to accommodate a wider, safer staircase which runs next to and under the bathroom. Head height needed to be raised to allow for the lower pitch staircase and so the floor need to be cut out in the bathroom to allow this.

We then installed a whole new suite, including larger shower enclosure and new double glazed window.

It’s been a while since we posted but it’s been a number of months on a full reno for the Brolly Roofing & Construction team. A couple of old Kitchen Diner to new Kitchen Diner pics to get us started.

This renovation stripped the whole house right back. Old oil boiler removed, gas brought to the house, new boiler, rads, pipe work and electrics. New windows and door, new ceiling joists, formed a downstairs loo and new entrance hall. New bathroom suite. Fully plastered, painted and carpets and flooring. You name it..it was done 🤩

Well wasn’t this one a challenge 😅!? A vast roof, 6 velux windows, some previous interesting repair work, but what a job...

Rubber EPDM laid on a fresh deck with the fall directed away from the house into new guttering and down pipes.
