From raw timber to this beautiful bespoke piece of furniture, handcrafted in the workshop and designed with clever, discreet access to plumbing.

Customer is over the moon because ‘it’s exactly what I’ve wanted!’.

Customer feedback is so important and means so much when they’re pleased with the final product.

🧡 Bespoke vanity unit - workshop manufacture (in progress)

🤩 From raw timber to a fully bespoke piece of furniture - designed, manufactured and finished in the workshop!

🪚 This bespoke vanity unit was designed and manufactured in the workshop from raw timber, creating a completely tailored piece to suit the customer’s requirements.

🗝️ This unit was carefully constructed to incorporate traditional cabinet-making details, including framed doors, solid timber mouldings, decorative turned legs and bespoke hardware. Every component was machined, assembled and prepared by hand in the workshop.

💡 A key feature of this design was the need to provide easy yet discreet access to the plumbing and pipework, concealing the services whilst still allowing straightforward access for future maintenance when required.

🤎 The result = a practical, stylish piece of furniture that combines functionality with traditional craftsmanship, meeting all of the requirements and desired outcomes for the customer.

Definitely the ‘bespoke’ element of Amber Joinery 🤩

An oak and cast iron balustrade made using reclaimed cast iron Victorian panel spindles, which the customer had powder coated. Such an interesting piece to make and the customer’s feedback makes it worthwhile. “Honestly Phil your work is second to none. Wouldn’t hesitate to use you again. Worth every penny!”

Even brand-new homes can have defects boor finishes, or items that fall outside acceptable building standards. Amber New Home Checker provides a thorough, independent inspection to help you identify issues early and ensure your builder addresses them within your warranty period.
With many years' experience in the house-building customer service sector - predominantly as a skilled joiner with practical, hands-on knowledge of construction methods, industry tolerances, and expected levels of quality.

Independent snagging report intending to provide clarity to buyers of new homes who dont necessary have knowledge of what to pick up on their home snagging. Red, Amber and Green priority levels given to separate items that require attention, or need to be marked as a concern or within tolerance.

The reports are opinion based and are designed to give customers clarity. Documents can be handed to house builders to bring their attention to issues which should be resolved withing the 2 year warranty period. These are not official surveyors documents but can be used to back up customer care items raised to the house builder as all tolerances are identified and photographic evidence provided.
