🚌 15 YEARS OF DTbus — LET’S GO BACK TO THE BEGINNING! 🎉
As we celebrate 15 years of DTbus, we thought we’d take you right back to where it all began…
So, here’s a question for you:
🤔 What was the very first bus DTbus ever worked on?
Diagtest began working on both cars and buses from day one, but back in 2011, the very first bus we worked on was…
🚌 SL02MVR 🚌
And there’s a brilliant little piece of history behind it…
The vehicle belonged to Durham City Coaches and, rather fittingly, it was worked on right here in the very same yard in Brandon that DTbus operates from today! 📍
So, when we look back at SL02MVR, we’re not just looking at the first bus we ever worked on — we’re looking at a little piece of the history that helped start the journey to where we are today.
From that first bus in 2011 to 15 years of service, repairs, maintenance and keeping vehicles on the road, there have been plenty of vehicles, customers, challenges and memories along the way. 🔧🚌
And this is just the beginning…
Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be sharing more stories, facts, photos and memories from the last 15 years — giving you a look behind the scenes and taking a trip down memory lane with us.
