Another servery project completed in Luton.
We recently completed the replacement of a long-serving servery counter for one of our customers in Luton.
Their existing servery had served them well for over 20 years, but the time had come for a replacement that would retain the practical layout and functionality they were familiar with, while bringing a fresh, modern feel.
Working alongside Victor Manufacturing, a new bespoke stainless steel servery was designed specifically to replace the existing arrangement and make the best possible use of the available space.
The finished servery incorporates a multi-function Bain Marie offering both wet and dry heat operation, a hot cupboard with gantry featuring dimmable halogen heat lamps, ambient storage, till and countertop equipment locations with dedicated electrical service sockets, stainless steel kick plinths, integrated slim jim bin storage and a sleek tray slide formed directly into the countertop.
Careful planning ahead of the installation meant the existing servery could be removed and the new counter installed and completed within the same day, keeping disruption to the site to a minimum.
We’re extremely pleased with how this one came together — and, most importantly, the customer was equally impressed with the finished result.
It’s a clean, practical and modern replacement for a servery that had given them more than two decades of service, and we hope the new installation serves them just as well for many years to come!
