When we do a job We quote/invoice as a package to complete the inst

allation.It includes, labour, materials any warranty issues, dealing with wholesalers, delivery and collection of materials, overheads such as insurance, calibration of equipment, registration to a competent persons scheme, continual professional development keeping up to date with regulation changes etc etc.. I'm sure you can appreciate that the price involves much more than labour and materials.

🚿🛀Bath waste Re run/re-plumb 🚿🛀 full on graft today just how we like it. Two ceilings cut into and taken down, old level 1’ 1/4 / 32mm pipe out and new 1’ 1/2 40mm solvent pipe in with decent fall or pitch for those who are American.
Both ceilings back up and ready for our resident plasterer & decorator to step in.
And yes all to be delivered and put right before Christmas 👍

The reality of being self employed.

So theres alot more to it before we turn up and start putting plaster on the walls, that alot of people don't see.
Here's an example. . Sat in the car park of my daughters acrobatics group in the dark, working out quotes and putting people in the diary. Simply to fit it in while I can.

Tradespeople can get so busy I their day to day, even before family life. And dare I say ....a hobby 🙈😂

Try to give trades the benefits when waiting for a quote. Its usually on our radar and just haven't had the time yet. 👍
