The countdown to the summer holidays has begun, and whilst students and teachers enjoy a well-earned break, our team will be getting to work across six schools.

Over the summer we’ll be delivering a range of improvement works, including classroom fit outs, WC upgrades, drainage repairs and new flooring throughout key circulation areas.

School projects are always rewarding because there’s a very clear deadline - everything needs to be ready for day one of the new term.

We’ll be sharing a few updates throughout the summer as the projects progress, so keep an eye on our page to see the transformations taking shape.

Recently completed works at Ninety One for a valued repeat client.

The project involved reconfiguring part of the ground floor to create a more open and functional environment, including the removal of existing partitions, joinery and feature elements, together with alterations to lighting, fire alarm systems, sprinklers and finishes throughout the space.

Whilst the finished space appears seamless, a significant amount of work took place behind the scenes to coordinate multiple trades, relocate building services and ensure all compliance requirements were maintained throughout the refurbishment.

Working within an occupied building required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption whilst delivering the project safely and efficiently.

From demolition and enabling works through to flooring, decorations, lighting and final commissioning, our team managed the project from start to finish.

Another successful project delivered and a great result for our client.

At Prime, we’re lucky to have a team that consistently goes above and beyond for our clients.

Following the completion of our Weymouth project, we received some fantastic feedback from Matt Cartwright at Hawkins regarding Gabriel (Kat), who spent several months helping deliver the works on site.

Receiving positive feedback is always appreciated, but it’s especially rewarding when a client takes the time to recognise an individual’s hard work, professionalism and dedication throughout a project.

Over the past five months, our team has been working in Weymouth delivering a refurbishment project on behalf of Hawkins, alongside CS Contract Services Ltd.

The project included:

✔ Solid partitions
✔ Suspended ceilings
✔ Fire doors
✔ Bespoke joinery features
✔ Kitchen installation
✔ Full decorations
✔ Hygienic wall cladding

It’s been a great project to be involved with and we’re proud of the end result delivered by everyone on site.

A big thank you to CS Contract Services and all those involved in bringing the project together.

Whilst the office was empty over the weekend, our team was busy at IQEQ.

Over the past two weekends we’ve completed acoustic insulation upgrades to meeting rooms, together with decorating works to walls and doors throughout the workspace.

Not every project is a full fit out. Sometimes it’s the smaller improvement works that make the biggest difference to the day-to-day experience of the people using the space.

Well done to everyone involved in delivering the works with minimal disruption to the client.

Another year, another SafeContractor renewal completed ✅

It’s one of those things that happens behind the scenes and probably doesn’t make for the most exciting social media post, but it’s an important part of what we do!

Maintaining our SafeContractor accreditation gives our clients confidence that the policies, procedures and standards expected of us are being regularly reviewed and assessed.

A lot of work goes into keeping everything up to date, so thank you to the team for helping make the process a smooth one once again.
