Our Windmill House has won 'House of the Year' in the 2021 Building and Architect of the Year Awards.

Working alongside architects Marshall Mc Cann Architects - Co Antrim we've created a state-of-the-art, smart home, with greatly reduced energy bills, superior air quality and consistent temperatures all year round.

We installed Nilan Ireland heat recovery ventilation system, which contains an integrated heat pump, generating the hot water to five shower rooms and bathrooms within the house.
