CONNOLLY & FEE APPOINTED TO £5BN PAGABO NATIONAL FRAMEWORK FOR MAJOR WORKS

Connolly & Fee is thrilled to have been awarded a place on the PAGABO National Major Works Framework.

The five-lot framework will cover construction and refurbishment projects worth at least £5m across the UK and will run from 19 October 2026 until 19 October 2030.Works packages will include new-build projects, extensions, remodelling, refurbishment, retrofit and specialist fit-out.

PROGRESS UPDATE: SCOIL AN DROICHID, BELFAST

Works are progressing well at Scoil An Droichid, with the new building now watertight and internal finishes well underway. External hard & soft landscaping will commence shortly - with completion scheduled for Q1 of 2027.

PROJECT COMPLETION: ABC COMMUNITY HUB, BELFAST

Connolly & Fee recently handed over the fantastic ABC Community Hub building to The ABC Trust and Belfast City Council.
Constructed, in two phases, on the former St. Gemma's High School site on Ardoyne Avenue, this facility will provide the local community with much needed office space, cafe, gym, boxing club, minor halls, educational workshops and much more.
External works included community allotments and a hard landscape public open space.
It has been a pleasure working with the Client team on this project and we wish the building residents and users the very best in this new facility!

This week the Education Minister visited our Scoil an Droichid site on the Ormeau Road in Belfast. This superb project for the Department of Education will see the delivery of a new seven classroom primary school, a nursery unit, nurture room and SEN provision.

PROJECT COMPLETION: P&B FOODS FACTORY, HUNTSTOWN, DUBLIN

Connolly & Fee recently completed the construction of a fantastic new factory for P&B foods Ltd (the home of the Heera brand), at Huntstown Business Park, Dublin.
The factory comprises two large industrial units, which will house warehouse / logistics centre, ancillary offices and staff facilities. The development also saw the provision of staff and visitor car parking and cycle parking spaces; articulated vehicle and van parking; site fencing, gates, signage, underground drainage and attenuation, landscaping, and boundary treatment.
It has been a pleasure working with the Client and their team, including JSA Architects, Ryan Associates and Albert Strain Associates, on this project. We wish P&B Foods much success in their new facilities!
