We complete all projects, from full new build, through to refurbishments and extensions. Our firm is owned and managed by Raymond O'Dell, who has over 20 years experience in the building trade. Raymond and his team complete all projects to an unrivalled specification, therefore ensuring that our work comes mainly by referral.

Key Responsibilities
• Lay bricks, blocks, and other types of building materials
• Build and repair walls, foundations, and other structures
• Read and follow construction drawings and plans
• Mix and apply mortar
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Follow health and safety regulations on site
• Work effectively with other trades and site staff

Requirements
• Proven experience as a bricklayer
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good physical fitness
• CSCS card preferred
• Own tools preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Assist skilled tradespeople such as builders, carpenters, and electricians
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Prepare and clean work areas
• Move tools, materials, and supplies around the site
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Perform general manual labour duties as required
• Help with basic construction or maintenance tasks

Requirements
• Previous labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• CSCS card (preferred or required depending on site)

We recently finished full house renovation, including thermal efficiency to the external walls and roof to triple glazing sash and case windows.
Project includes underfloor heating, air source heat pump and solar panels.
Sitting in the centre of the property is a beautiful hand crafted oak staircase.
House includes 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with a beautiful Forth Bridge view.
Restoring the 1726 fireplace gave the clients part of the existing build.

Dollar Project
The project was to remove the existing glazed door and window and to be replaced by an aluminium corner window seat which contained a large fixed triple glazed window facing the garden and an outward opening window on the return
The existing felt roof was removed and replaced with anthracite zinc

RPO Joinery & Building Services Ltd require a grounds worker with over 10 years experience to join the team.

The applicant will have experience in operating plant (digger) and be able to prepare site, lay foundations, install drainage, steelwork, pour/finish concrete, lay patios and steps.

Working within a small team but also able to work independently.

MUST hold a full drivers licence.
