ept to completion (and any stage in between) in the east of Scotland, and also welcomes commissions much further afield. ajfitchet | architect can be contacted for building surveys through to conceptual ideas, Planning Applications, Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area Consent, working drawings, Building Warrant Applications, site inspections and certification to Completion, liaising with trusted and respected consultants and tradesmen when required to provide the full package to see your project realised.

Ending the week with great news that we received a couple of days ago...our Completion Certificate submission for a lovely new office and reception building on the banks of Loch Lomond has been accepted 🎉 Our Client can now move into this, and out of their temporary facilities that they have been working out of while this has been delivered.

We are incredibly fortunate to work regularly around Loch Lomond, delivering projects for our Clients over there. The relationships we have with the Local Authorities over there are really strong, and this has been a pleasure to deal with. We cant wait to see it filled with staff and visitors!
