We’ve been working really hard over the last few weeks to make sure everything was completed on time, and we’re happy to say that this two-storey extension is now almost finished and ready for the final sign-off from Building Control! 🏡🔨

There’s still a little work to do when we return, including installing the bathrooms, utility room, flooring, doors and completing the final finishes.

But the final inspection and rest of the work will have to wait until we’re back… because our long awaited family holiday starts NOW! ☀️✈️

It’s time to switch off, spend some quality time with the family and my best friends and recharge the batteries. We’ll get straight back to work when we return! 💪

📅 We currently have availability towards the end of October, so if you’re thinking about starting a project, feel free to get in touch.

Extensions • Any type of conversions • Full house & flat renovations • Kitchens • Bathrooms • Decking • Fencing • Joinery • And pretty much anything else you can dream up! 🏠

Whatever the project, big or small, we’d be happy to help bring your ideas to life.

📩 Drop us a message for a free quote or to discuss your project.

It’s been a while since we last posted… but for a very good reason!

This year has been very different from the previous ones. We’ve been incredibly busy, with many of our projects involving extensions and additions to existing buildings. We couldn’t be happier about it, as it shows that more and more clients trust us with their investments.

The photos below show one of our current projects, and we’re excited to share the progress with you. Every day brings us one step closer to another successful completion. 🔨

A huge thank you to all of our clients for your trust and patience. Even though we’ve been quieter on social media, we’ve been working harder than ever.

Thank you for being with us and supporting our journey! 🤝

Dawno nas tutaj nie było… ale to z bardzo dobrego powodu!

Ten rok wygląda zupełnie inaczej niż poprzednie. Mamy pełne ręce pracy, a większość naszych realizacji to dobudówki i rozbudowy istniejących budynków. Cieszy nas to ogromnie, bo pokazuje, że coraz więcej klientów obdarza nas zaufaniem i powierza nam realizację swoich inwestycji.

Na zdjęciach możecie zobaczyć jedną z naszych aktualnych realizacji. Prace idą pełną parą i z każdym dniem projekt nabiera kształtów. 🔨

3-bed house renovation done and dusted! ✅️✨
We completed a full renovation of this beautiful home at the end of last year. It was a lot of work, but totally worth it!🫡

The best part? Happy clients ❤️
They loved the result so much that they’ve already asked us to come back this year to renovate both bathrooms.

In this post, you’ll see the “after” photos first, followed by the “before” shots to show the full transformation from start to finish. What a difference!

Renowacja domu z 3 sypialniami zakończona! ✅️✨

Kitchen Renovation - Before & After ✨
This kitchen renovation shows how a complete transformation can bring a fresh, modern look to any space. The original kitchen was outdated, with worn cabinets, old flooring, and poor lighting.
We carried out a full renovation, including:
Installation of modern, handleless kitchen units
New worktops and splashback
New ceiling lighting
New flooring
Improved layout for better functionality
The design and equipment were provided by M&M Bathroom & Kitchen World . The result is a bright, stylish, and practical kitchen. At Property Renovations, we deliver solid renovation work with attention to detail from start to finish.

Remont kuchni - Przed i Po ✨
Ten remont kuchni pokazuje, jak kompleksowe prace mogą całkowicie odmienić wnętrze i nadać mu świeży, nowoczesny wygląd. Stara kuchnia była przestarzała, z zużytymi szafkami, starą podłogą i słabym oświetleniem.
Wykonaliśmy pełny remont, który obejmował:
montaż nowoczesnych, bezuchwytowych szafek kuchennych
nowe blaty i panel ścienny
nowe oświetlenie sufitowe
nową podłogę
poprawę układu dla lepszej funkcjonalności
Projekt i wyposażenie zapewniło M&M Bathroom & Kitchen World . Efektem jest jasna, stylowa i praktyczna kuchnia. W Property Renovations wykonujemy solidne remonty z dbałością o detale, od początku do końca.
