Carl comes to Dundee from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, bringing with him an impressive hockey journey. He developed through the Canadian system, playing in the WHL with the Seattle Thunderbirds and Calgary Hitmen, before going on to represent the University of Calgary Dinos. 🇨🇦🏒

Now Carl is taking on the challenge of playing in the Elite Ice Hockey League with the Dundee Stars, and we’re delighted to be able to support him as he begins this new chapter in Dundee.

So… what’s your thoughts on this? 🤔

Here’s the story…

A customer ordered a 6ft x 4ft shed from Balmuir Sheds = £904, and we actually managed to supply and install it with-in 3 weeks 👍

Same day the customer contacted us to point out that a knot had fallen out of one of the door boards, leaving a small area that had been filled.

No problem. 👌

The following day, our guys were passing nearby, so they stopped in, sanded the area back and repainted it.

Job done. ✅

Or so we thought…

Fast forward around 4 weeks, and we receive an email saying that we have apparently “ignored” the customer & shed looks terrible.

Alongside that, we’ve now had various negative comments and feedback posted across different platforms, including claims of poor service and a rubbish product, along with the suggestion that they “should have got the shed from Ravensby Sheds.”🤣🤣🤣

So we thought we’d show you exactly what the shed looks like this morning — around four weeks after our team attended to the issue.

We’re certainly not claiming that everything we make will be absolutely perfect every single time. Timber is a natural product, knots can fall out and occasionally things need attention.

What matters to us is how we deal with it when something does.

We responded, we attended, we repaired it and we did so promptly.

We genuinely believe in looking after our customers and putting things right when they arise.
