Lovely LVT fitted over ceramic tiles throughout the ground floor of this property. All repairs on broken tiles were completed then we decided to use STOPGAP P141 as our primer, even though Ardinex NA latex subfloor smoothing and level compound usually requires no priming. We decided to make this bomb proof 💪🏼 The large wood effect planks were fitted at 45 degrees with a 3” border. The customer and ourselves are really happy with the end product.

*Update on our quotation process at GL Renovations Ltd*

To maintain our high standard of precision, care, and professional service from the initial consultation to project completion, we have updated our pricing policy.

Due to the rising costs of fuel and travel, alongside the detailed administrative time required to calculate material costs and prepare accurate estimates, we are introducing a new quotation structure. Please find the details of our updated policy below:

A fee of £85 is required prior to site visits and the delivery of your detailed quotation.

This fee can be paid securely via credit card. The £85 fee will be fully deducted from your final invoice upon the successful completion of your project.

Once issued, your quotation will remain valid for 30 days and then will need to be reassessed for any increased building materials from the supplier.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your project. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a site visit, please let us know.

Warm regards

The Team at GL Renovations Ltd

Old Golden Oak uPVC door and side screen replaced with a new composite anthracite front door and screen. White inside. What a transformation. Really brightens up the hall also. Total security in all our composite doors 💪🏼

The Carnoustie range in Anthracite with lovely Olympic decorative glass and side screen really looks great.

The chrome lever handle fitted with the Ultion 3 star cylinder is the strongest and most secure lock in the UK market.
