Project: 6 Bed HMO Charnwood Ave

Great progress made this week by the team. Rich and Jake have successfully completed the first fix of the HMO in just 4 days, ahead of schedule, and it’s now ready for the next trades to continue. Excellent teamwork, particularly in collaboration with GPM, to get the project on track and set up for the second fix in the coming weeks.

We’re also set to start a new project on February 3rd, followed by another at the end of February for GPM.

Ian is getting excited to pull a 25mm 5-core SWA cable through a tight network of ducting into the plant room at our barn conversion project. We’ve also installed a 3-phase distribution consumer unit to support ground source heat pumps and a water conditioning unit. Alongside that, a single-phase consumer unit has been fitted for the barn’s small power and lighting. 💡💪⚡

🔧 Project Completed! 📍 Location: Primark, Oxford Street, London 🏗️ Scope: HVAC System Installation
✅ A new HVAC system has been successfully installed at Primark, Oxford Street! Our team installed new containment to support the upgraded supplies, pulled in SWAs from the local existing consumer unit, and completed all terminations to isolators and PLCs. The electrical system is fully installed, commissioned, and tested, ensuring top performance for the client.
💪 Worked alongside Steve and Dean from Amber to bring this project to completion smoothly.

Board replacement on current project in Repton, we have removed old CU and replaced with fusebox and surge protection for all existing installation and new. Pictures to come from the 2 story extension when we are back for second fix. Client wanted s neat CU - so we delivered the DKC way!
