Look at this Halloween offering from our friends at Jasmine Road Community Gardens

Our 2nd Halloween 🎃 Celebration is during Half Term on Wednesday 28th October 2026

We will be doing a FREE Family Trick or Treat Trail around our Local Community and we would really love ♥️ for as many of you as possible to take part 😊 to make it a really Exciting, Fun and Safe Experience for the Children.

How it works:-
If you would like us to come to your House Trick or Treating 🎃🍬🍫 all you need to do is display one of our Jasmine Road Community Gardens Logos (which you will be able to pick up from us starting this weekend please pop into the Gardens to grab one) somewhere in your Window or Door for us to see when we come round which let's us know that you are expecting us for Trick or Treating and we won't call on any Houses that aren't displaying one which makes it a much safer way to Trick or Treat.

This is a Family Trick or Treat Trail and Adult Supervision is required.
Please Feel free to put on your best Fancy Dress (Adults as well 🤣) Not just the Children 🎃
Please nothing too scary remember this is a Family Event

We will meet at the Gardens at 5.00pm and then when we have finished the Trail will head up to Roseland Playing Field & Community Centre where we will have Hot Dogs and a Drink to warm us up 🌭☕️

Look forward to seeing you all there 🎃

Thank you to everyone who attended yesterday's community litter pick around the park, we had an enormous amount of rubbish at the end of the session!

Thanks to Anne Marie at Castle Gate McDonalds for donating Brownies and sending along some staff to help, as well at Karl for making the delicious cakes

Yesterday our Chair Charlotte was invited to attend the wonderful celebrations for Friends of Wrens Nest National Nature Reserve .

Some of FoPP's other committee members were also in attendance for their roles in their work around Dudley.

It was also great to reconnect with the fabulous animator Leo Wright who has created a short animation about the Dudley Bug which was premiered at the event.

Thanks again FOWNNNR and congratulations 🎊

One of our jobs that we are focusing on as part of our Thursday group is clearing the extensive ground elder in the top beds.

It's very slow progress 😔

Check out all these activities being organised by our friends over at Marsh Park!

It's so great to see all these activities happening in our green spaces across Dudley

Sign of the times....
Steady on, It's not Harry Styles visiting!
It's an update for events at Brierley hill library!
As if having more books than you can shake a stick at wasn't good enough.....

Crafts for young and young at heart. With added cuppas!

Ancestry sessions.

Golden game club.

Lego club.

And my personal favourite... Storytelling.

All this and more ☝🏼

Plus we've added a lost and found poster. We still have a walking stick and a dog lead that need to be claimed.

Enjoy your weekend everyone.
