Just sent this reminder to all our clients thought I’d share on fb im sure everyone has family, kids, elderly and this will help all also every boiler break down call was related to this issue all day today.

Keep your heating on. As temperatures are going to reach -9. Around 14-16 degrees is enough to stop your pipes exploding with the big freeze.

If you wake up and your heating system isn’t igniting pour warm water on your condensation pipe (white pipe generally below boiler terminating outside) and it should free the frozen water up you will most likely have to reset the boiler afterwards. If anyone needs any further assistance please don’t hesitate to call/message us.

Free boilers part of the government scheme. Boiler Cannot be brand new has to be around 5 years old dependant on the boiler. Boilers that are broken down and beyond economical repair also fitted apart of the scheme.
