Another upgrade carried out last week for our customer in Tipton. They wanted to be able to access the system on their smartphone, so we recommended one of our Orisec panels with integrated WiFi connectivity. Now they can access the system day or night from anywhere in the world and will receive notifications should the alarm be triggered. 🚨🚨

This morning we attended a breakdown in Tipton, our customer had an old vented bellbox that was recently damaged in bad weather. We replaced the old bellbox with one of our new illuminated models, now their system is fully working once again.

Today we were in Birmingham to assist a customer with their RISCO Agility 3 system. The system hadn’t been serviced correctly by the previous company and as a result the external siren stopped working. We replaced the batteries in all the devices and carried out a full test, the system is now fully operational again and giving peace of mind to the homeowner.

Today we were in Brierley Hill completing an installation for our client, a full wired orisec alarm system and a 2 camera HiLook CCTV system. Both systems have smartphone apps allowing the homeowner to receive alarm notifications and remotely access the cameras. Another very happy customer and another property secured against intruders.

Todays install for our client in Birmingham, this installation required 2 keypads so the homeowner could set the system from upstairs at night. They also requested 2 working external sounders so the alarm would be heard at the front and back of the property in the event of an alarm. Another property secured against thieves 🔔🔔🚨🚨

Today we were in Leicester to upgrade an intruder alarm panel. Our customer suffers from sight loss and had severe difficulty with their old system; to help them get the most out of their new one we specified a large display keypad, to further simplify the operation of the system we included a wireless keyfob which made it very easy for them to use. This system also features smartphone connectivity giving them total peace of mind that their home is protected. Another very happy customer!

Another install from Total Defence for our client in Willenhall. This system comprises of one of our Texecom Veritas control panels, the very latest capture motion detectors and an illuminated external sounder for added visual deterrent. Another very happy customer! 🚨🚨

Yesterday we were at Silverback Tyres LTD installing one of our new Orisec security alarm systems. This system features the smartphone app which allows the customer to receive notifications should the alarm be activated or if the system is set/unset, giving them total peace of mind that their business is protected.

Another service carried out today for our customer in Dudley. All sensors, batteries and sounders checked and the customer can rest assured that their system is in full working order!

Honeywell Galaxy alarm system serviced at a customers address in Dudley today. As part of the service we checked:-
- All the detectors were working correctly
- All sounders (internal and external) were activating
- All the batteries were in good working order and replacing any found to be otherwise.

This system also has an autodialler fitted to it to alert the homeowner should the alarm be activated; this was checked to ensure all messages were delivered correctly.
