💧💧💧Just to reiterate the importance of drying out your property after an escape of of water. 💧💧💧

During a recent Housing Disrepair Survey we came across this, what initially started out as a small leak in the upstairs bathroom has ended up with the ceiling collapsing due to the excess weight and damaged caused by no drying out period following the escape of water.

Luckily no one was hurt on this occasions but it could have been much worse, especially considering 2 small children live in the property.

The home owner will now have to pay significantly more in repair costs to put it right, so please remember don't cut corners, the drying out process is the most important part, without this you will inevitably be paying out twice.
