CONSUMER UNIT UPGRADE

Upgraded this old fuse board for a new Fusebox RCBO consumer unit. Much better protection for the homeowner with every circuit having independent RCD protection.

Installing outdoor security lighting and IP-rated sockets. Previous installations include PIR switched floodlights for security or externally switched lighting for deckings and gardens. IP-rated sockets are useful for gardens providing an easy solution for plugging in the mower or a radio.

REWIRE - SECOND FIX
The final stages of the Brierley Hill rewire have been completed. MK Base range accessories throughout the property with a 14-way Fusebox RCBO consumer unit at the centre.

HOUSE REWIRE
We've recently completed a full house rewire in Stourbridge for a couple of first-time buyers. Old lighting circuits with no earth and insufficient amount of sockets. House is now complete with new lighting and socket circuits with independent kitchen and shower circuits and provision for electric vehicle charging.

REWIRE - LIGHTING SECOND FIX
Lighting has been second fixed at this rewire in Dudley for the decorators to see what they're doing. MK Base range of accessories are going in to this property, but have been left in the packaging for now to stop them from getting splashed by paint.

REWIRE - FIRST FIX
First fix is complete on this full 4-bedroom rewire in Brierley Hill. Other trades are in completing their works until we are back for second fixing. Previous wiring was unsuitable for the new occupants with multiple junction boxes hidden under floors and, following a sever water leak, the best solution was to rewire.
Look out for our second fix post when it should all be completed!
