Got to love new builds. Carrying out a boiler service on a new build, the first one as it’s a new house. Part of the inspection and service is to check the flue, this has not been completed by the installer. The amount of new builds all heating engineers see with this issue is ridiculous.

Call out to a leak on an outside tap. The collar was split, and unable to disconnect inside the bathroom as it’s just been renovated and all the pipework is boxed in. Best solution was to cut the threads that were cracked and re install the tap. Another happy customer.

New holiday home owners had an inspection / service carried out by a local firm after they recently purchased the Lodge. The owners were told; it should be ok, it’s only a small drip. Wow, this has now need made safe and parts on order to make a repair.

Boiler breakdown. We now have a spark, and an operating boiler.

Drain down system installed in preparation for the colder months. The owners can now use their holiday home during winter and drain down themselves as and when required. It’s neatly installed under the kitchen sink taken up no space at all. This is a no brainer for seasonal holiday home owners. No frost damage to worry about when this system is used correctly. Another happy customer.
