....Can't believe this is 5 years ago already! 🙈🤯

What started off as a small bathroom refurb in 2020 for a new client in Long Eaton but then grew & grew 📈🌷

Architectural drawings & planning arranged for our client by us✅

Structural Engineer's design, drawings & calcs arranged by us ✅

Building Control submissions & approvals gained & dealt with by us ✅

All works carried out by us, to include a new kitchen & utility room, new boiler, new internal oak doors, new windows throughout, bi fold doors & composite door to the front, with only one point of contact needed throughout the whole process, for a stress free project ✅

Since the front & back extension in 2021 we have been back & refurbed the remainder of the property, literally doing every room in the house, and last year we installed composite decking in the rear garden. (apparently they want more work doing this year, but I think they've ran out of house 🤣)

🥑Avocado 🥑 is good for you right??

Not when it's your Bathroom suite it's not (...unless it's 1975!)

Quick refresh to this very dated bathroom suite & separate WC in Draycott for another repeat 🤝customer

Another bath 🛀🏻out, shower tray in! to make life a bit easier when it comes to shower 🚿time, with added grab rails & seat 💺for comfort.

1700x700mm low profile tray, with modern Sicilian Slate Mermaid 🧜‍♀️wall boarding, 1000mm wet room panel & hinged deflector to prevent splashing 💦💦 outside of the tray.

White gloss basin vanity unit, and Isocast worktop & basin fitted furniture completed the WC.

Another Bath out 🛁, another Shower Cubicle in for another repeat client 🤝 in Breaston.

Not a lot of space on this one due to the staircase bulkhead being in the way, but we got it in 👊

Our client wanted minimal disruption to this period property, and they wanted to keep it looking traditional whilst being more practical to use, we also replaced all the sanitaryware swapping the brass for a more modern chrome.

The period floor tiling was also replaced with oak effect LVT. This was due to the chipboard floor beneath being rotten & collapsing after a leak following some questionable plumbing by the previous contractors, seems they cut the soil pipe (see last pic) with a shark bite 🦈& just fitted the pan connector into it, which then caused it to fail behind the boxing in 🤢 & ruin the tiles & subflooring.

Replacement lights 💡💡, fan 🌪️& decoration 🎨too.

Kitchen & Utility room transformation in Lockington, Leicestershire 📍for repeat clients 🤝

We reconfigured the layouts to maximise space, create a useable family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 kitchen area & lighten the room up 🌞

Quarry floor tiles replaced with Quickstep oak LVT flooring 👊 from Howdens

Dove Grey grained shaker doors, & Oak block effect worktops 👍from Howdens & tiled splashback

Integrated appliances in the kitchen, along with a 60cm wine chiller that was high on the clients wish list 🥂🥂😂

We returned later to decorate 👨‍🎨& install new lighting 💡💡
